For small cheesemaking operation, it may not be practical to use a humidifier or de-humidifier, but you still need to measure the humidity of your aging space. This unit can be used to monitor the humidity. The reported humidity value can be calibrated easily for accuracy. It can control both a refrigerator and a heater. The controller is easy to use and can maintain a very narrow temperature range because it can be used to control both cooling and heating systems.
